Blocked Sewerage pipe

Where:Ext.3, Ndlovu street, Kwa-Guqa, Emalahleni, South Africa
What: A blocked sewerage pipe blocked at Ext.3 Kwa-guqa, Emalahleni, Kwa-guqa which flows to the stream and the wetland just a few meters from it. In the Flow plastic, Bottles, disposable nappies etc. flow to the nearby stream and wetland polluting it and destroying its beauty.
Impact: The flow causes a huge impact on the biodiversity and residence of Ext. 3 are affected daily by the smell of the sewerage which causes sinuses and other diseases. it also contaminates the stream and the wetland near it.
Likely Cause: the municipality is not taking care of the sewerage pipes and drains which is why this problem is increasing day by day.
Recommendations: the municipality must service the sewerage pipes and always manage the waste from time to time.
