Another Community Road Construction In Ikemeleng

What: community of Ikemeleng is developing in terms of roads construction. Trucks and heavy machineries are all over the community.
Where: all the work is taking place in Ikemeleng outside Rustenburg in the North West province.
Impacts: the work is taking place as everybody can see,the only problem is that there have been many protests to the municipality about electricity in the previous months. The response from the municipality was that there is no budget from the municipality. Now the biggest question is,where does the budget for roads construction come from?
Likely causes: this causes the community to doubt if the municipality was telling the truth when they said they have no budget.
