Goats Are Acting As Waste Pickers

Description

What: waste is being dumped and goats are eating the waste as a form of waste management.
Where: ikemeleng "D" section.
Likely causes: there is no waste management plan in our community, hence the goats are taking it to pick up the waste . interesting enough is that the same waste pickers are also being eaten by people.
Possible recommendations: municipality should make sure there is waste management so that the goats won't act as waste pickers while people are eating them on the other side.
