The Mine that operates next to the burning sinkholes

Description

What: The mine (Umzobanzi) that is operating next to the burning sinkholes next to the stockpile of Highveld Steel & Vanadium.
Where: Van Eck Drive, Emalahleni ward 12,Emalahleni, Nkangala District, Mpumalanga, South Africa
Impact: The mine is located just next to where the Transvaal Delagoa Bay mine was mining and close to it there are burning sinkholes which are dangerous and one can smell the toxic from about 500 metres away from them. The mine affect the communities next to them when blasting leaving their health unstable, houses cracked and destroying their household belongings because there are no warning signs during blasting.
Other comments: The women are complaining about their health more especially those who are sick, pregnant and having small babies during blasting because of the friction they get.
