poor service delivery from sewer spillage endangers lives

Description

A terrible odour/smell in town at Carolina from a sewer spillage/ flow.the problem was reported straight away to the municipal office and they said they were going to attend it the following day whereby they didn't.there are shops that sell food/take aways. this is happening at the main road called Vortrekker and Steen street.
