Mine used oil to reduce dust on a gravel road

Description

As we were introducing social Audits to the community of Monametse we found something terrible on the road, this road is used mostly by trucks that are carrying production from Braamfontein shaft. the road has been sprinkled with oil, we wondered why the mine used p oil to get rid of dust and this makes the matter worse by polluting the soil.
