Can our livestock survive drinking this the kind of water?

This is the water flowing from Bokoni plat mine yard at Braakfontein. The responsible company is Bokoni plat mines,am not sure who’s cattle as our neighboring communities cattle are able to reach our place and people have lost their cattle but we never knew whether water was the cause.In 2014 this was serious we agreed to solve problem water stopped. The water smell is bad and its flowing between two communities called Mokgotho and Monametse where primary school children are pass and may play with water. Community members are on dangerous position as you can see, think about children crossing the water flowing.
