It might be damaged and start to fail for the number of reasons but mostly ,kidney fails due to toxins in water. This happens most at Witbank (Mpumalanga province) the water contains impurities from industries and from people.The level of these impurities is so high that can cause serious health problems like kidney failure
These impurities are microbial pathogens( diseases that produce micro organisms which includes bacteria,viruses and parastites.
