Polluted Spruit At Bulithando Park

Description

What: as previously stated in our article about the polluted spruit where 2 children were washed away by the water when they were crossing over to school. Since EEO intervened, a bridge has been built and the veld was turned into a park thus it was named after the 2 children that died.

Impacts: polluted water that caused sicknesses like rash, skin disease and cholera.

Where: Rest in peace community next to Nkabinde Primary School, St Matthews Church and Bahama Pub and Grill.

Likely causes: flooding during heavy rain fall
