Jacqueline was born in 1976 on 31 August in 743d Sand Street Riverlea. She lived here all her life with Horseshoe Mine Riverlea extension 2 behind her and Mooifontein Dump in front her. She suffers from severe Asthma. Her children were born with broncolitis which became asthma. She used to be a chronic patient at Coronation, Rahima Moosa. She was referred to Riverlea clinic. She confirms that there are many asthma patients. Others in the street also suffer from asthma. Some have died including Andries Gouws, Farouk whose brother also has asthma. Others in the same area with asthma area Aunty Judith van Wyk, Aunty Lorraine. Jacqueline's daughter suffers from eczema and her son has eye problems. Renaldo a neighbour has extensive eczema possibly from cyanide or arsenic poisoning.
